Membership at New Life Baptist Church

We believe that God’s people are His greatest treasure, and that He has called us together for worship, ministry, edification, and learning. We have a specific process for membership at New Life Baptist Church.

1.      Contact Pastor Steve.  Let him know you are interested in becoming a member of New Life.  You can also get in touch with elders Don Loss or Tim Fox if Pastor Steve is not available.

2.      We will make an appointment to speak with you.  We believe that membership makes us family.  We want to know what God is doing in your life, how we can pray for you and minister to you, and how God can use you at New Life.  This meeting is brief, informative, and fun.  You can ask questions and get to know Pastor Steve and the elders better.

3.      We will supply you with a spiritual gifts survey to help you determine your spiritual gifts for ministry.  We believe that the Holy Spirit has uniquely gifted you to serve Him.  This survey will help you know what your gifts are, and will help us to provide you with opportunities to serve as God has gifted you.

4.      On the next Sunday morning, we will present you to the church for membership.
